We the people are interconnected with the many steps needed to secure our needs
and wants in this modern society. Many countries figure into meeting these wants
and needs. To fix the core problem with the resources of the energy needed without
oil is still impossible. Chemistry needed and copper to transmit into the many steps
needed in producing electrical generation. To get the many resources that are in the
world from other countries we need to have good relationships with them, because
relationships matter.

We need to know who is going to do the work because the population of the world
is aging. Under fifty are the consumers from homes to durable goods for their
family and kids. The 80/20 rule has been 80% blue collar and 20% white collar
workers for productivity and those that pay taxes for government systems. Now
that the birth rate is declining the world’s views are we do not need any more
people. We have a fragile planet. There is climate change, and I do not want any
kids, among others.

Data centers are the latest for answers to productivity and are outstripping the
supplies needed to have answers to the many questions. Depending on who views
the data, it can just repurpose old answers. Questions such as how losses in
productivity could be offset by increases in efficiency, robotics, and AI software.
The trouble with data collation is who is doing the data to make sense of it or
something out of the data. Then to value add the information to make something
from it. Some of the information from AI is good, but not all of it. How do we trust
the information and how we can back check it?

For blue collar workers, the workers needed to work with their hands; mechanics,
welders, electricians, and many others to complete the goals of a project. They
improve our lives and when will we run out of people under 50 or can robotics
solve our problems by AI learning, and will they be able to design systems by
automation that solve production challenges that can be used to meet our needs but
remember robots don’t pay taxes.
Thinking about demographic decline, how can software make white collar workers
more productive? Who will be our trading partners for the resources we need? Will
other countries be on our side without bribing them or coercing? What resources or
processes will be discovered to meet those needs? As birth rates in the industrial
nations of the world continue to decline, worker replacement should be a priority.
Projections of a new norm decades into the future have many questions and can
only model for answers. Governments depend on the 50-year-olds and under for
consumption and taxes they need to operate. Older individuals and the retired are
becoming liabilities on the system because they are no longer consuming the many
products that are taxed. The retired are normally on fixed incomes or have assets to
live on and are not willing to make any government policy compromises to their
lives.
Now, if we can solve our current challenges of material and food needs. What
international trade or technological progress that is unpredictable can support our
advances in meeting those future needs. Will there be a labor shortage through
birth rate decline that leads to a collapse of our society?
Currently watching our youth looking for answers and entertaining thoughts of
Socialism/communism light or continuing with capitalism as we understand
economic theory of trade and balance of labor and capital. Youth entertain
populism or nationalism in election cycles in the hope of political change. Tending
to be more radicalized, liberal, woke and in favor of redistributed economic
policies, they will only gain from it because they do not have any skin in the game
yet. Younger people, with their progressive radicalization invariably goes from a
liberal world view as they age to a more conservative world view.

The balance of trade is based on consumption of products and services. All
countries need to sell their products to meet their own needs and raise their GDP.
Globally, governments understand their needs and will negotiate with other nations
to secure the resources needed, knowing negotiations is a powerful tool of
governments. Federal election cycles bring political changes in policies and are
dynamic in impacting the world. May we choose our leaders wisely.
