Digging a hole to enslave us and bury us in more debt? Do we need our leaders to
be fiscally responsible? The cost of government and our tax obligations on each of
us continually increase. By assigning all responsibility to our government, we have
removed the pressure to be responsible for ourselves and free. If we are not on a
ruling body that can address an issue, we have no standing. When we can speak at
a public forum, they may not listen.
When the elected call consultants for an opinion on a matter. Are those studies
fiction, not based on reality? Studies done by consultants paid to make a report that
showed what? Decisions to make are they to be a row of bobbleheads
agreeing on whatever papers are in front of them. The elected representatives should
question and be stewards of our treasure. Think and rationalize things,
spend our money as if it is your personal money, and if the numbers look different
than what common sense would indicate, question what is in front of you. The
story we all know of figures that never lie, but we also have heard of the story of
liars that can figure. Is it reality or fiction? We need you to show that you can
manage the public funds responsibly.
The chief indoor sport of the bureaucrat is to evolve out of his own consciousness.
Like a spider spins his web, countless confusing rules and regulations may
deprive a man of his property and his liberty.
Bureaucrats have become the primary makers of law and policy of rules in our
modern state. The Federal Administrative Procedure Act of 1946 (APA) “requires
courts to determine all relevant questions of law, including the
interpretation of constitutional or statutory provisions.”
We now must deal with regulations by those that we did not elect, and our burden
of debt is radicalizing the need for change. We have become so socialist in
America, our fellow citizens without hope are opting out of the world by going in
for alcoholism, drugs, and various forms of activities that shorten their lives.
The devil is alive and well in America, laughing as we have thrown God our
creator out of America. 1962 (Engel v. Vitale): The Court ruled that a short, voluntary, non-denominational prayer authorized by New York state officials for
public schools violated the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause. In 1963
(Abington v. Schempp): The Court struck down state laws requiring the reading of
Bible verses and the recitation of the Lord’s Prayer at the start of the school and we
now have many gods to choose from and worship.
Who is the source of Authority for our Bill of Rights, The Purpose of our
government to secure Our Rights, Our Status as a Sovereign people, and the
Remedy when our Rights are abused by those we elect. We the people created our
government, or are they now Rulers to tell us to do as we are told? Our lawful
government is to be our servants to our Creator-endowed rights, not privileges
given by bureaucratic rulers that we are subject to and must obey or else pay. The
will of the government cannot make just that which is unjust.
When reading our Constitution by our founding fathers, we will find the answer in
addressing our grievances to those that govern. We have the right to petition and
bring attention to an issue. A notice with signatures that the issue,
when we request to speak, be heard by our officials, and have it on record. Action
speaks louder than words spoken to deaf ears.
Let us be 100% Americanism; our Constitution not rewritten by the empire, but
read and followed by those we vote for and elect for the best is yet to come.
