As we experience rapid change in our society, young and old job seekers are finding that AI is rapidly affecting how jobs are discovered and the types of jobs available to the job seeker. The following video tells us information about what has been happening and what to expect in the future of employment opportunities for job seekers.
Long gone are the workers that stay at the same job so long that they eventually retire from their position. The new employment circumstances are, many times, short term, ever changing, and at this point, seem to be very specific. There seems to be a somewhat hidden specific job type, that is being sourced today.
As a former recruiter, I found it interesting that the girl in the video was interviewed by the AI. Humanity seems to be second in importance today, when before today, we were important, helpful, actors in the “job seeker” world. AI offers special skills, talents and abilities that provide many functions that humans don’t possess, but I believe human life has abilities that non-humans do not understand.
The issue with data centers affecting the residents and people living in the area of these new data center locations is very important . From problems with electricity costs, air and water quality needing to be addressed, there seems to be some we don’t even know about, yet. One important thing residents can do to protect their family, home, and lives, from this damage is work together. From forming a group of people that love their community and not afraid to confront their local council people or others that have authority in the area, people can make their voices be heard.
It truly is up to “The People”.
Remember we do have a Constitution, which gives us “Free Speech” and a Right to Live Free, without an authority “ruling over us”. It is time to teach our children to understand this.
Since “civics courses” were taken out of our schools, children do not know the importance of their rights.
Spend some time with your children to explain their rights, given to them by God, and share how The Constitution was written to protect what God has given them.
Next, if a Data Center is encroaching on your life, get involved with your community and show your representatives what it means to you and the others around you, We, as Americans, believe in the words of our forefathers: Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness.
IT IS UNLAWFUL TO TAKE OUR FREEDOMS AWAY!
Data Centers increase our living expenses, including our Electric and Water Bills because the companies expect the locals to “pick up the tab”. There seems to be damage to our air and water, which is detrimental to those living in the area. With such large usage of our natural resources, the publics use of these valuable commodities could easily be used up, causing even more devastation for THE PEOPLE. We just learned from the above video, of severe health issues damaging the residents living around the centers and even causing death.
From Large cities and Small towns, we are finding people seriously affected from these Data Centers and, as mentioned, there are plans to add another 1500 such facilities. What we also see, is the people responsible for these centers are building their homes underground and/or moving away from the U.S.
What does that tell us about how important human beings are to these organizations that are willing to cause such suffering for others living in these new Data Center areas?
THIS BEGS THE QUESTION– WHAT ELSE DO THEY HAVE PLANNED???????

Contact your local government to find out what is planned in your area and how you can let your voice be heard. If the consequences are as dire as described, it is time for locals to use their voice. Do not let this happen to you and your family and friends. Find out what can be done to protect the life you have built, your home and health situation.
Personally, I love working with AI, but not at the expense of human beings and their lives on this planet and in the United States for America.
