Ladies and gentlemen let us talk about Liberty through civility to one another. We
have the right to participate in our governments business that encompasses the
freedom from arbitrary interference in our pursuit of happiness. Our rights as
individuals to act, think and live as we choose without interference is a balancing
act between individual freedom and societal order for the common good. How we
act toward one another in our form of government of, by and for the people is
cause for respectful debate.
Our Bill of rights, under the constitution to do and be are for us to enjoy the benefits of our society when they are not trodden upon. We know oppression has always existed through division in our society. Why this is and has happened in our past from our form of government and why it is allowed is
for control of another individual. Not right but was and is currently used to divide.

Can’t we just get along and discuss our differences, as adults we know we will not
agree on everything, especially money and how it is spent. How is our government operating and how is it organized and for who’s benefit.
Think about it, a government body with a manager, executive, director, or an
official as an employee with the unelected power to make decisions for us. While
the elected, election after election cycle having to find out what they cannot do.
The bureaucracy powers, that be, continual to run our government the way they see
fit and it can also be for despotic control. We the people having the right to elect,
but not the programs we want or the way as to how our tax dollars are spent.

Something doesn’t seem right about this. An incorporated de facto organization
plain and simple, we are the stakeholders. Follow the money and we will find out
who benefits, the reason for the funding, our frustration, the chaos and the
confusion that these decisions provide with continued government dysfunction.
How do we have the discussions with wisdom in respectful debate of differing opinions?
How do we work jointly to create a balance the power of the government while
focusing in on how to protect individual rights for effective governance. It is not
about who is right and who is wrong, not good guy, bad guy political parties or a
reason why we will not discuss and debate the merits of our beliefs.

Our involvement in how we can bring about the benefits we believe in can happen
as government business is conducted. It is about who is running the show, we the
people with our elected representatives or unelected officials.
Who really benefits, a few in our society or all of us.
“We cannot expect to move forward or win anyone over to our side if we dehumanize the people we speak to. Productivity requires civility”. – Mike Johnson
Get involved, stand and be counted. We are our government to enjoy or regret. It is
always a choice.
